Bill Charter is  Vice President of Sales for Green Cross Insurance and is based in Northern California. In this role Bill has developed GCI’s business model focused on Revenue Life Cycle Management, consulting services and strategic partnerships.

 

Prior to his work at Green Cross Insurance, Bill was a Silicon Valley technology sales professional. He has developed and grown relationships with major technology, aero space and insurance company accounts for major technology products and services providers. During his highly successful career in The Valley, Bill drove cutting edge technologies; selling in excess of $250 million in products and services. Bill’s knowledge of technology spans from desktop hardware and software, to voice and data services and core and edge devices.

 

Bill is accomplished at managing large and geographically diverse teams for major technology companies, and has grown the revenues of these organizations through a focused approach in regards to the business processes and organizational needs of his clients.

 

Bill has earned honors as a President Club member, Leadership Team member, and has been recognized with awards of excellence as a valued partner to a major aero space contractor. 

 

Bill lives in Truckee CA, and is an avid road and mountain cyclist, skier, and backpacker. He has also taught indoor cycling/Spin classes for over 10 years and has developed 100’s of recreational cyclist into Century riding athletes.
