Scott is the Vice President of Operations for Green Cross Insurance where he is primarily responsible for managing the company's technology which encompasses the CRM system as well as the inbound call center.

 

Previous to joining the GCI team his experience includes his position as President/Co-founder of Envision Technology Solutions. He spent 14 years with the company developing industry leading software solutions for insurance markets. He oversaw the development of the first Windows-based claims administration and risk management systems for 3rd party administrator and large self-insured entities.

 

While at Envision Scott spear-headed the creation of the first web-based claims incident reporting tools along with the first fully browser-based claims administration and risk management system.

 

He has founded two other insurance technology companies and one other media technology company during his career. Scott also spent three years with The RBL Group, an international Business Leadership Development firm. Scott has a passion for life and loves to spend time on his boat wakeboarding, hydrofoiling, and scuba diving with his wife of 28 years, Donna, and their 4 children.
